Did you know if you are experiences any technology related issues, the IT Help Desk is there to assist? Log a ticket using Service- Now.

Please note: Your username is your Schenectady email address and your password is the same as your network logon.

IMPORTANT:  When entering a new service-now ticket, please provide contact information in the "More Information" field so technicians can contact you with questions.
