EVALUATIONS FOR ADMINISTRATORS (EXCEPT PRINCIPALS)

  1. Narrative / Self-evaluation Reflection:Please review your performance over the past (year, 4 years) and highlight accomplishments in the following areas:All evaluations will be managed through the supereval.

    • BOE Goal / SCEP Goals

    • Academic achievement

    • Professional relationships with supervisors, peers, and subordinates

    • Management and supervisory skills

    •  Community involvement

    •  District-wide involvement

  2. Please list all professional development workshops, classes, conferences, etc., in past (year, 4 years) in which you have participated.

  3. Please list all your professional accomplishments over the past (year, 4 years).

  4. Please list goals,  in supereval, you would like to set for yourself for the next (year, 4 years) as they relate to your specific position within the next (year, 4 years).  

    • Tenured administrators will discuss those goals with Central Office over the next 3 years to review progress and to amend, add, or delete goals as appropriate.  

    • Probationary administrators will review these goals as a part of the next year’s evaluation process).
