LATE BUS

If a school building has a late bus assigned to it for extracurricular activities, students within that building have access to use it as long as they meet the busing criteria for their grade level. Grades PK-5, students need to be 1.0 miles or more to qualify for the late bus and grades 6-12, students need to be 1.5 miles or more to qualify. A list of students who will be attending after school programs should be sent to the transportation team. The students will then be properly assigned so that the driver has an accurate list of students in case of a collision or another emergency arises.
