Create additional high school pathways aligned to student interest
Increase multilingual program offerings, including Dual Language Bilingual Education (DLBE) and Seal of Biliteracy programming that value the assets of Bilingual, Multilingual, and Native Speakers.

DATA DRIVEN DECISIONS FOR ROBUST STUDENT SUPPORT

Host quarterly data reviews for all schools to determine needed support for students
Continuously increase the graduation rate
Decrease students' chronic absenteeism

Train all academic staff to use a robust Multi-tiered System of Support (MTSS) for data review and planning student interventions
