TRANSPORTATION GUIDELINES

1)  Lost items on the bus – please e-mail the transportation office or call us at (518) 370-8103, option #7.

  2) Student did not get off the bus or is missing after the stop:

Contact Transportation Office immediately at (518) 370-8103, option #7. If you unable to contact someone in the office please feel free to call my cell at (518) 903-4753. Please work directly with the Transportation Office, so we can gather facts for you while you deal with parent/guardian or other communications.

Note: Someone from the school should also notify the Chief Safety Officer

3) Bus does not arrive (AM or PM) at school or you have a parent or guardian asking where their bus is, please contact (518) 370-8103 and select the vendor’s option below:

  • Option 1, Brown

  • Option 2, Durham

  • Option 3, Northland

  • Option 4, Amazing Grace

  • Option 5, CDTA

  • Option 6, Capital Bus

4) End of day parent or guardian not at the bus stop for student:

Vendor will call the Transportation Office, so we can call the parent/guardian with numbers in Infinite Campus and call the school to inform about the situation, so they are aware and can assist.

 School bus continues on to drop off students and then returns to the stop where the parent or guardian was absent. If they are still not there, the Transportation office will call the school and inform them of the return.

School staff accepts student and works out a plan with the parent to reconnect.
