On Wednesday afternoon, Schenectady Police revealed the winning design and awarded cash prizes to the top three winners of the Community Engagement Officer (CEO) Car Wrap Contest. Congratulations to Jasmine Cagnina (1st place), Amanullah Khan (2nd place) and Marcelina Page (3rd place). Look for Jasmine's design on the CEO's police car. Metro Ford donated the car to the Schenectady Police.
