We are pleased to share that Caston Binger has been selected to serve as the Assistant Director of Athletics. His appointment was approved by the Board of Education on March 26. He will start in Schenectady on April 28.
Binger comes to us from the Syracuse City School District where he has been working as a vice principal since 2022. Prior to that he worked for many years as a teacher, first in the Niagara Falls City School District and then spent 15 years in the Rochester City School District. During 2020-2021 Binger worked as teacher on special assignment and then as assistant principal at Eugenio Maria de Hostos Charter School in 2021-2022.
