Last night we informed parents that there was a vehicle in Central Park trying to lure kids into a car with stuffed animals. The Schenectady Police investigated and do not believe there is any safety concern as it relates to this incident.

Paige Elementary is planning on having our 3rd Walk & Roll to School Day on Friday, June 16, 2023.
What does Walk & Roll to School Mean?
Walk: Use your feet to walk to school!
Roll: Typically includes human-powered things on wheels such as bikes and scooters
We are looking for site captains (Parents/Guardians)! Site captains would lead the group of students from the start of the route to Paige Elementary!

On Friday, 2/10 Paige will be hosting Reggie Harris. He will be performing, How Martin Climbed the Mountain.
This performance is focused on three goals:
1.) Conveying important information about Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. and his mission in civil rights history.
2.) Identifying other historical persons and cultural connections regarding the African American quest for freedom and justice in America.
3.) Providing context for students to apply the inspiration of Dr. King’s “I Have a Dream” speech and his work to their study of civil rights past and present.
