Happy International Women's Day! The aim of the IWD 2023 #EmbraceEquity campaign is to get the world talking about why equal opportunities aren't enough. People start from different places, so true inclusion and belonging require equitable action.


There will be no school and the district offices will be closed on Wednesday, 3/8 in observance of the Holi Holiday.
It's a day off but it's also an opportunity to learn about the Hindu holiday celebrated by so many in the Schenectady Community.

Last night we informed parents that there was a vehicle in Central Park trying to lure kids into a car with stuffed animals. The Schenectady Police investigated and do not believe there is any safety concern as it relates to this incident.

We want to bring to your attention that a parent reported that a black SUV was in Central Park trying to lure kids into a car w/ stuffed animals. We don't have any add'l info at this time. Police are aware & are investigating. Will provide more info when available.
